Building Control Approval All amendments to the interior of an office building except for general decoration require Building Control Approval. Corporate Environments have instructed Guy Shattock Associates (GSA) who are authorised Building Control Inspectors to inspect and approve all of our projects. Upon our appointment we prepare all design proposals with all relevant Building Control Notes ready for inspection and approval. At the presentation stage we obtain agreement in principal from GSA to ensure no unforeseen costs.
